SoyTecnoTeacher is a non-commercial personal project run by an individual. The owner’s full identification details can be requested at any time from the email address above, and will be provided to the competent authorities when legally required.

2. Purpose of the website

SoyTecnoTeacher is a personal educational project whose aim is to share materials, resources and reflections on teaching Technology, Digitalization and Engineering in secondary education. Access to and use of the website are free and do not require registration.

3. Terms of use

Accessing this website makes the visitor a user and implies full acceptance of the terms set out in this Legal Notice. Users undertake to make appropriate use of the content and services offered and not to use them to:

• Engage in unlawful or illegal activities, or in activities contrary to good faith and public order.
• Spread racist, xenophobic or pornographic content or propaganda, content that glorifies terrorism or content that violates human rights.
• Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the owner, its suppliers or third parties.
• Introduce computer viruses or any other system likely to cause damage.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All the content on the website (texts, images, graphic designs, code, simulators, teaching units, notes and other elements) is the work of Jaime Aniorte, unless expressly stated otherwise, and is protected by current intellectual and industrial property law.

It is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license allows you to copy and share the materials in any medium, including in class, as long as you credit the author and link to soytecnoteacher.com, do not use them for commercial purposes and do not modify them. Any other use, such as selling them, adapting them or including them in a commercial publication, requires prior written permission.

The SoyTecnoTeacher brand, its logo and the author’s photographs are not covered by the license. The third-party libraries used by the simulators, such as Three.js, keep their own licenses.

5. Disclaimer

The owner does not guarantee that access to the website or its content will be error-free, or that it will be permanently up to date, although reasonable efforts will be made to avoid, correct or update any errors. The published content is informative and for guidance only, and does not replace the official educational regulations in force.

The owner is not responsible for the external links included on the website, whose content belongs to third parties.
